Amazon Transportation Leadership explores what makes up effective leadership from the perspective of emotional intelligence, influence, negotiation, and work/life harmony. A panel of Amazon Transportation leaders in transportation operations and technology will describe their experience with these topics and will provide you with practical tips on how they have been successful navigating through their careers in the transportation industry. One thing is clear: the only way to address the pre-conceptions and barriers around women is to have more women in positions of leadership. This also means providing the support and role models women desperately need to advance in their careers, and bringing about much-needed changes in the workplace that benefit both genders.

Attend this session to learn:

  • The value of gender diversity in the workplace
  • How to bring emotional intelligence and power of influence to the workplace
  • Your non-negotiables and work life harmony
