Victoria brings over 20 years’ experience as a trusted growth and culture adviser for organizations passionate about scaling culture the most optimal way – truly caring for talent and bringing out their greatness. Specifically, she has focused on preparing organizations, leaders and their teams for transformational change. Victoria serves as Chief of People and Culture for Truckstop.com and formally as the President of Verus Global, a culture and team effectiveness firm. Prior to this role, she held multiple organizational effectiveness leadership roles as well as delivered consulting solutions in medical device, healthcare, building materials and technology industries. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and is the co-author of the book Do Big Things (Wiley, 2017).
