Within a year of joining Truckstop.com, Victoria and her team helped increase partner (our word for employee) engagement levels from 60 percent favorability to 91 percent favorability by creating the conditions where partners feel fulfilled, connected, equipped to do their best work, and have fun getting stuff done. Through unique experiences and programs, partners are encouraged to “Be You” by participating in a transformational onboarding program, leadership development tracks and a career management journey. These unique programs enable partners to see how their role directly impacts customer success. By creating a phenomenal partner experience, we elevate engagement and ultimately create a phenomenal customer experience. Victoria will share critical strategies on how to create employee experience programs that drive engagement and customer success.

Attend this insightful session and you will:

  • Learn why engaged partners (employees) deliver more value and why investing in company culture is more important than strategy
  • Create your own plan for engagement success
  • Apply best practices for identifying and growing connected, equipped and fulfilled partners (employees).
