Truck Driver Research Opportunity
Eighty truck drivers are needed for a research study assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of an online program on managing fatigue and alertness. If you agree to participate, you will complete a baseline questionnaire and health measurements. You will view four online classes, complete three sleep, activity, and medication logs, and will receive weekly phone calls for 12 weeks. If you choose to participate, you will receive compensation for your time. All information will be kept confidential, and your identity will not be linked to your responses on questionnaires or measures.
