I have recently started two blogs, because of the lack of information on certain subjects that I have recently researched so for your viewing pleasure I present:
"The Truckers Cookbook"
A cooking Blog designed specifically for truckers for the tools that they have available with suggested substitutions and ideas to make awesome meals. This will be updated weekly until I have posted all my ideas and then whenever new ideas come about.
