with the felony it will be hard because a lot of companies go to Canada and that is the reason why they will not hire you and plus you r new with out experience. I do not know why they did not tell you before you went to school.... What kind of felony is it?? Are you on probation? How much time in jail if any???

I dont know if you have gotten advice... I think you r doing a good thing.... But my advice to you is to do it for about 2 yrs then get out....
