A culture of safety excellence won't be gained through compliance measures alone nor through the safety department. It is only when we get at the injury producing system - the processes, the exposures, and the conversations we have with each other every day - that we'll move together in our commitment to protecting one another.

Attend this session and learn:

  • Why safety is all about leadership - with every person engaged.
  • How to shift our focus from compliance to a commitment of exposure identification and elimination.
  • Ways to change the culture one conversation at a time.
