Weaver has been a professional driver for over 20 years. For the first seven years of her career, she was an over-the-road driver. Then, she became a company driver with FedEx Freight and has been with the company for 13 years. She now has more than 2 million accident-free miles and zero moving violations.
Since 2019, Weaver has served as an America’s Road Team Captain. She was most recently a finalist for the Luella Bates Award at FedEx Freight and is a two-time winner of the prestigious Bravo Zulu Award, an award created by FedEx Freight founder, Fred Smith. She speaks to community colleges about the trucking industry as well as the Pennsylvania State Police Academy’s new commercial officer cadets. She is an advocate for Truckers Against Trafficking and has attended their leadership conference and is also involved with outreach programs in her community. Her 10-year-old son is proud of her and loves what she does for a living.
She was named as WIT's 2021 Driver of the Year.

Kellylynn McLaughlin is a professional driver and training engineer with Schneider National, and serves on the 2021 FMCSA Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee Driver Panel. She has been in the industry for almost 5 years and operates dry van trailers.
She resides in Edmond, Oklahoma and in 2019 was named the Women In Trucking, Driver Ambassador. In this role, she travels the country, speaking at truck school and military and high school career fairs, to share the joys and advantages of being a professional truck driver.
Kellylynn's work schedule has her on the road anywhere from 6-21 days per month.
Before she got in the driver’s seat, served in the Peace Corps, and was a professional instructor in passenger safety. It was as the director of logistics for her kids’ marching band that she discovered she loved everything about driving a truck and the problem solving it entailed.
Kellylynn has a degree from the Oklahoma State University in interior design. She has a passion for traveling internationally and when she is at home loves rowing, home improvements, gardening and spending time with her friends and family.

Destin Smith is Director of Recruiting at Total Transportation of MS. After working seven years in professional baseball, in 2014 Smith was approached by a representative at Total Transportation to join the team here. He started his journey in the customer service department, navigating his way to the operations side where he spent time as a fleet manager, training fleet, operations manager at Olive Branch, MS Terminal. Smith took advantage of an opportunity to move back to his home town working in the Expedited Fleet for Total. In 2018, he merged into the Load Planning Department, managing the Northeast Region of the U.S. In 2019, Smith accepted the role of Operations Manager at the HQ Terminal in Richland, MS. In 2020 he was offered and accepted the Terminal Manager position. Shortly into 2021, he was approached with an amazing opportunity to become the Director of Recruiting, a position in which he is responsible for hiring quality talent for the company.
