While conferences traditionally create opportunities for participants to attend informative sessions and panel discussions on key industry topics and short, moderated discussions with best practice sharing on a single topic, few offer an immersive experience where participants leave with a well-crafted action plan to solve a problem that they are challenged with. Until now.

This interactive hands-on workshop will allow small groups of participants to bring real-life projects/industry challenges they are struggling with at work into a working session where they will leave with a tangible action plan they can immediately implement upon return.  If you are ready to accelerate your learning and truly engage in implementing change, join us for this fun and innovative session.

During this workshop participants will:

  • Identify and choose a project/industry challenge to solve
  • Practice a client-driven rapid problem-solving methodology to obtain expert input on potential solutions
  • Draft a detailed action plan to address the problem
  • Develop an elevator pitch, share the action plan and obtain feedback in a gallery format from all other participants
  • Incorporate the feedback into final action plan updates
  • Meet other industry professionals that share an interest in the problem/challenge and have experience with it
  • Network and develop relationships
  • Have fun
  • Translate practical knowledge into a tangible action plan to take back

Example participant projects/challenges can include: Implementing a Driver Retention Program, Creating a new Safety Program, Designing a Performance-Based Reward System, How to Recruit and Retain Female Drivers or Entry Level Drivers, Implementing a Job Fair (Virtual or Live), etc.
