Jennifer Nix is the Senior Manager of Customer Success at J.B. Hunt Transport. A native of Northwest Arkansas, she began her career at J.B. Hunt in 2008, as a Trailer Utilization Specialist and has held roles as a Partnership Development Analyst, Intermodal Regional Service Manager, Intermodal Pricing Manager, Partnership Development Manager, Business Analyst and Program Manager.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History (’09), as well as a Master of Science in Operations Management (’13) from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR.
She was a Founding Board Member for J.B. Hunt’s first employee resource group, GROW (Growing & Retaining Outstanding Women), and she currently serves as Chair on the Professional Development Pillar. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arkansas, in the Department of Supply Chain. Her mission is to own and share her experience of overcoming adversity by connecting with and inspiring herself, those she leads, and those with whom she shares her life to understand that life’s worst experiences do not define them but can propel them to achieve greatness.

Tiffany Smith joined J.B. Hunt in August of 2011 and currently serves as the Sr Manager, Business HR where she leads a team of HR Business Partners who align the business strategy to the HR strategy for 13 shared services client groups totaling more than 4,000 employees across the organization.
She previously held various roles such as Intermodal Fleet Manager, SW Regional HR Business Partner and Corporate HR Business Partner. Tiffany also serves as the Communications Co-Chair and Recruit & Retain Pillar Co-Chair for AAmERG (African American Employee Resource Group).
Prior to her time at J.B. Hunt, Tiffany worked in the banking and mortgage servicing industry as a Research Lien Verification and Title Search Analyst for 2 ½ years. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas and Master of Business in Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Within the community, Tiffany has served on the Kimball High School AOE Advisory Board, University of North Texas at Dallas Business Advisory Council, Urban League of Greater Dallas Young Professionals Membership Co-Chair and The Potter’s House Young Adult Ministry Community Service Chair. She has volunteered as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Denton, a Literacy Leader for Girls Inc., Salvation Army, American Heart Association and Susan G. Komen.
Tiffany is a Texas native and in her spare time, she enjoys spending it with her family/friends, growing in her faith, working out, swing out dancing and attending live concerts or sporting events. She is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and doesn’t mind getting into a healthy debate about it! One of Tiffany’s main goals is to strive to be a light in this world by helping people recognize that they are valued and have purpose on this earth!

Jermaine Oldham is J.B. Hunt’s first Vice President of Inclusion Strategy. Jermaine joined J.B. Hunt nearly five years ago on our Engineering and Technology team. In his previous role as Vice President of E&T, Jermaine led all commercial off-the-shelf applications as well as our EDI, Telematics and Web Development teams. Jermaine currently serves as the vice president of AAmERG (African American Employee Resource Group), and previously served as a board member for VERG (Veterans Employee Resource Group) for two years.
Prior to his time at J.B. Hunt, Jermaine worked in various leadership roles within IT, and spent eight years in the United States Air Force providing IT services to civilian and military personnel.
Jermaine earned a Bachelor of Science in IT, Master of Science in IS, and Master of Business in Administration from the University of Phoenix.
He and his wife, Tenisha, have been married for 19 years and have four children. Jermaine enjoys participating in outdoor activities with his family, firing up the grill, and watching college football and basketball. He is a diehard Kentucky (UK) Wildcat fan but will cheer on the Hogs when they're not playing UK.
