Tom Also worked at Weyerhaeuser (22b-9bin revenue) from 2005-2014, He held several positions from General Manager at their Albany site to Director of Logistics out of their corporate office in Federal Way, Washington.
Tom earned his Executive MBA at Willamette University during his tenure at Weyerhaeuser. Tom earned his undergraduate in 1990 at St. John’s University in NYC. Tom also has industry experience as an Area Manager for Loomis Fargo & Brinks, Inc. He also spent 10 years in package as a District Manager for Airborne Express & United Parcel Service.

Jackie McManus’s passion for the trucking industry can be traced back to when she worked as a recruiter, specifically recruiting truck drivers. For the past 15 years, she has been immersed in the trucking industry, focused on developing recruitment, retention, and marketing initiatives for trucking companies. In 2013 she founded KJ Media, a marketing agency that is niche to the trucking industry, taking pride in building relationships with drivers and her customers. Their primary goal is to partner with trucking companies that care about continuously improving their overall recruitment and retention processes.
McManus is featured on a Sirius XM show called Road Dog Trucking, “Recruitment and Retention Attention” hosted by Tim Ridley. This gives her the opportunity to connect with professional truck drivers personally and discuss the tough issues that they face on the road and within the industry. This gives her insider information to be able to discuss what the real issues are with her clients and ways that they can improve, resulting in retaining their drivers for longer periods of time.

Nate Tellis is CTO of RocketCDL, a company he co-founded in 2017. RocketCDL seeks to give fleets new ways of leveraging technology to help recruit and retain their drivers. RocketCDL is creating responsive, tailored software that already helps several top-100 fleets centralize their driver rewards, referrals, and incentives programs under one unified platform.
Prior to working in the Transportation sector, Nate was a data analyst and research scientist in the UC Berkeley Department of Astronomy. In addition to helping build RocketCDL's cutting edge web and mobile infrastructure, Nate leverages his extensive expertise in data modeling and statistics to glean key insights into novel ways to use data to improve driver outcomes.
Nate holds degrees in Computer Science and Physics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
