MEET THE SPEAKER
Jessica Savage
Director of Distribution Development Xos Trucks
Jess has spent 12 years leading transformation and sales in heavy duty trucking. Starting at Navistar in the sales operation leadership development program, she experienced the industry from all vantage points: in corporate, on the manufacturing line, in dealerships, and as a pricing and sales leader. From there, she transitioned to the Mack/Volvo group, where she specialized in truck sales and led pricing and parts sales teams, eventually leading e-Mobility sales to facilitate the industry’s transition to new powertrain alternatives. Most recently at Xos trucks, she leads distribution strategy and implementation while also leading national account sales for omni-channel partners. In her spare time, Jess prides herself on her involvement with employee resource groups, currently leading Women of Xos as well as mentoring others.
