    Dominicana Figueroa, MBA, is a Regional Rental Manager at The Home Depot. Over the course of her 5 years with the company, she has held various roles increasing in responsibility. From her early roots with a mom who was a CDLA Driver, Figueroa has always had a passion for the trucking industry. She became the first female Regional Rental Manager in the company’s history in 2020. She runs the largest rental fleet in the company and moved them from the bottom of the scorecard to the top 4 in 24 months. She is known as a positive disruptor who launched a Women in Rental community within The Home Depot’s Rental and Equipment Services organization to drive female engagement in the Rental space. As a result of her transformational leadership, she consistently improves engagement and development outcomes, creates engaged teams, and proves that leading with love delivers results.
