One of the Women In Trucking Association’s tenants in its mission is to recognize women and companies for their efforts and successes in gender diversity. As part of its business practices, on the anniversary of its centennial Howes proudly opened the doors to its Hall of Fame – where it recognizes the best of the trucking and agricultural industries. Those inducted are individuals of character and vision. They are places of sanctuary and exhilaration. During this special session you’ll hear:

  • The history of Howes Hall of Fame – and why it’s important for companies to recognize the accomplishments of those on their teams and in the industry
  • Deb Howes and Erika Howes will introduce trucking entrepreneur Angelique Temple, Owner of Tornado Transport LLC, who will share her story of being a successful professional driver and small business owner
  • How WIT’s Ellen Voie as the very first inductee into the Howes Hall of Fame in 2019.
