Amazon - Transportation Reimagined

At Amazon we are always looking for ways to innovate and we did just that with transportation. We challenged ourselves to reimagine the way the world does transportation. In this session, designed for forward-thinking industry professionals and leaders of change programs, we talk about the reimagination – what motivated it, our innovations, and the next steps on our journey. Elena Bernardo, Director, Amazon Transportation Services, will speak about what it means to start with your customer and work backwards. You’ll hear about Amazon’s approach to learning by doing, and maintaining the spirit of entrepreneurship and invention even as a company grows. Finally, we’ll talk about how customer obsession translates to our commitment to diversity and the efforts we make as an organization to increase the representation of female and underrepresented minority talent. You should walk away from this presentation ready to begin reimagining the way your teams deliver results for your business while simultaneously delighting your customers.
