Challenges in Employment Law and Gender Issues

There are many employment laws and regulations that have an impact on transportation – ranging from requirements for employment training; best practices for hiring, compensation, and termination; how to recognize and prevent implicit bias in the workplace and how to make the workplace more inclusive to men and women to improve morale and profitability. The speaker, who has more than 25 years of experience in this area, will provide context and practical guidance on what is important for transportation companies.
