“Fleet Management is Human Resource Management”
Timely and specific. These are the watch words from any handbook on effective performance evaluations. How can fleets bring this guidance to bear to improve driver safety and performance, reduce collisions and costs, and build their reputation?

Today real-time telematics platforms can provide data on driver performance, not simply vehicle movement. These systems allow managers to provide workers with feedback that is timely and specific, creating a culture of constant improvement in your office and on the roads.

Hear from leaders in telematics, coaching, and insuretech about best practices in adopting new driver coaching systems, putting them to work, and taking advantage of their benefits -- everything from better driver retention and morale to on-time performance to lower maintenance costs, fewer citations, and insurance savings. Attend this session to:

  • Learn some of the most effective strategies to provide feedback that will improve driver behavior and performance
  • Better understand how new technologies can improve loss control
  • Get new insights on how to use data to manage insurance and other seemingly uncontrollable cost-centers
