“Leading with Vision: Charting the Course through Demographic Change"
Come explore the common sense, but very counter-intuitive and fascinating realm of demography. During this session, you will learn about the shifting demography, and related opportunities and challenges for you and your organization.

The demographic landscape in the United States is made up a series of waves that are about 20 years in duration. Business will rise and fall according to the critical mass of customers heading toward it. Demographers can forecast markets, societal phenomena, and economics with uncanny accuracy because they count people, not money or things. Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain professionals will walk away from this session with a different perspective about your company, your country, and your world. It will provide you with the information and insight required to think more strategically at work. This speaker will share real-life examples that make demography relevant to today's culture, business climate, and economy.
