ARLINGTON, Va. – Dec. 8, 2025 – The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) announced today that Daimler Truck North America LLC (DTNA) has renewed its Gold Partnership. The continuation of this partnership highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to WIT’s mission to promote the advancement of women in trucking, build meaningful connections, and honor those making an impact.

DTNA has been an influential WIT partner since 2012, consistently supporting initiatives that advance the participation and success of women across the industry. For more than a decade, Daimler Truck has played a meaningful role in helping WIT expand its programs, strengthen its community, and elevate conversations around workforce development, leadership, and the future of trucking. Kelley Martin, Director, Integrated Marketing at Daimler Truck North America, serves on the WIT board of directors.

“A WIT partnership opens doors to meaningful collaboration and industry insight that drive real change,” says Kelley Martin, director of integrated marketing aftermarket at DTNA. “That engagement helped us earn recognition as one of WIT’s Top Places for Women to Work, and it continues to strengthen our ability to support women in trucking.”

“Daimler Truck North America continues to be a trusted partner that strengthens the work and the broader community we serve,” said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, WIT president and CEO. “We also benefit significantly from the strategic insight and steady leadership Kelley Martin brings to the WIT board of directors. Their continued engagement plays an important role in advancing the resources and opportunities we provide to women across the industry.”
