ARLINGTON, Va. – Dec. 1, 2025 – The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) announced today that International Motors, LLC (formerly Navistar, Inc.) has renewed its Gold Partnership. This continued partnership serves to strengthen WIT’s mission to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements.
Since joining the association in 2014, International Motors has been a committed supporter of women’s career growth in the industry. The company has reinforced this commitment by serving as a Platinum Sponsor of WIT’s annual Accelerate! Conference & Expo since 2022. Nicole Wiggins, Chief Diversity Officer, brings strategic insight to WIT’s board of directors, playing a key role in guiding initiatives that support and elevate women across the industry.
“Our continued partnership with Women In Trucking underscores International Motors’ commitment to advancing opportunities for women across every part of the transportation industry”, said Wiggins. “We’re proud to work alongside an organization that shares our focus on developing talent, promoting leadership, and driving meaningful progress for the next generation of women in trucking.”
“We are making meaningful progress in expanding opportunities for women throughout the industry, both on the road and in leadership roles,” said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, president and CEO of WIT. “This momentum wouldn’t be possible without the backing of influential business leaders such as International Motors. We sincerely appreciate their ongoing support and partnership.”
Founded in 2007, the Women In Trucking Association is a resource for more than 8,000 corporate and individual members located throughout North America.
