    Kirleen Neely

    Chief Executive Officer
    Neely Behavioral Health

    Dr. Kirleen Neely has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years and is currently the chief executive officer of Neely Behavioral Health. The company provides employee assistance programs with a focus on improving the lives of transportation and logistics workers. Dr. Neely oversees all clinical services for the organization. 

    Her passion for making a difference has allowed her to serve in various roles throughout her career, including adjunct professor at St. Marys’ University, researcher, and sought-after public speaker. Some of her recent appearances and presentations include CNN’s legal analyst show The Special Report, and North American Transportation Employee Relations Association Conference.

    Dr. Neely has also been sighted in articles written by Transport Topics and Trucker Tools. In 2021 she co-authored her second book titled “Mental Health 101” to address the challenges adolescents face during the COVID-19 epidemic.

    Dr. Neely believes in giving back to the community and currently serves on the advisory board of David’s Legacy Foundation and the board of Reset Schools. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Professional Counselors and obtained her doctoral degree in Counselor Education from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. She is supported by her husband and two beautiful daughters.
