She’s excelled at the profession -- promoted three times in three and a half years. Recent accomplishment: Major increases in growth percentages in the Southwest Region for Werner Enterprises.

After being deployed overseas in the army and starting her own web design company stateside, Allen got her CDL and has been an OTR driver for the past four years. Recent accomplishment: Invented a brace that holds the fuel nozzle secure in the tank to prevent it from falling out during fueling.

In her 35-plus years in the transportation industry, Brenny has done everything in trucking besides being a mechanic. Employees are treated like family members and share in the company’s success. In 2017, the company was named Top Workplace by the Star Tribune (for the 5th time) and received the Minnesota Business Ethics Award in 2017.
