    Malaina Hudson, CPIM

    Malaina Hudson has been deeply involved in the transportation industry since the 1980s when she drove family farm trucks of grain and cattle to the elevator and sale barn. After a five year turn as an OTR driver, she transitioned to fleet operations.

    In 2019, Hudson joined Satellite Logistics Group, Inc. (SLG), who was acquired by DHL in 2022. In her current role, she leads a team of transportation experts who manage the carrier base utilized by SLG for their reverse logistics and product disposal services.

    She was awarded the Food Logistics Rockstars of the Supply Chain award in 2022, and Top 50 Procurement and Supply Chain Professionals Icon award by OnCon in 2024. 

    A Southern Illinoisian by birth, Hudson relocated to Houston in 2019 where she contributes to her community through car show fundraisers and food bank assistance.  She has four children and six grandchildren.
