  2. Active Listening and Empathy (Importance of active listening in building trust and rapport, strategies for demonstrating empathy and understanding in communication, and role-playing exercises to hone active listening skills and enhance empathy).
  3. Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication (Exploring the impact of tone, pitch, and pace on communication, understanding non-verbal cues such as body language and facial expressions, and practical activities to improve awareness and control of verbal and non-verbal communication).
  4. Managing Emotions and Difficult Conversations (Techniques for staying composed and managing emotions during challenging situations, strategies for approaching and navigating difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism., and case studies and role-plays to practice handling difficult conversations effectively).
  5. De-escalation and Conflict Resolution (Recognizing signs of escalating tension and conflict, steps for de-escalating conflicts and diffusing volatile situations, and role-playing scenarios to apply de-escalation techniques and practice conflict resolution skills).
  6. Knowing When to Disengage (Understanding the importance of recognizing boundaries and knowing when it is appropriate to walk away from a conversation, strategies for disengaging from unproductive or potentially harmful interactions, and role-playing exercises to simulate scenarios where disengagement is the most appropriate course of action).
