It’s critical that you reserve your room through the Women In Trucking Room Block to take full advantage of all the hotel benefits of staying on-site at the conference. Reserving within the WIT Room Block also ensures that our organization is credited for your occupancy, which helps to protect WIT from any unnecessary room attrition penalties.
While there is some capacity in the WIT Room Block for Sunday and Tuesday nights of the conference, Monday evening is nearly sold out - so make your reservations today! WIT has negotiated a group discounted room rate for all of our guests (Single or Double Rates).
Guests within the WIT Room Block have the option to opt into a Daily Resort Fee ($25 per room, per night) to cover the following amenities: Guest room standard wifi for up to 3 devices, access to Verandah Health Club, 15% off V-Spa Services, complimentary breakfast for children 5 and under, complimentary 2 bottles of water upon arrival, daily access to JadeWaters Resort Pool (seasonally).
FOR LARGE GROUPS ONLY: Do you have a large group of associates from your company attending? Contact Group Reservations directly at 214-761-7644 or dfwan-reservations@hilton.com before October 11, 2024, and provide a rooming list and the number of rooms per night in your sub-block. ONLY contact the above if you are booking a room sub-block consisting of 10 or more rooms (IMPORTANT: this is NOT to be used for individual reservations). A complete rooming list must be submitted to the hotel by this date. Sub-block reservations cancelled after the cutoff deadline of October 18, 2024 will be charged 100% cancellation costs for the entire stay.

Overflow Hotel Option:
WIT has arranged for an alterative option at the Hilton Doubletree Dallas Market Center, located within walking distance at 2015 Market Center. The discounted rate is U.S. $149. Self parking fee is $15 per vehicle, plus tax, for overnight parking. If needed, there is on-site parking at the hotel. There is a charge for both self-parking and valet parking. Current self-parking rate is $22 plus tax per vehicle, per night. The current valet rate is $31 plus tax. The parking rates that are in effect during the dates of the WIT Accelerate! Conference may be greater or less and will be applicable to those who choose to park in the hotel parking facility.
Drivers! If you are planning on driving your semi to the Accelerate! Conference, you may park in Lot 5 at the Hilton Anatole free of charge. See Map
IMPORTANT NOTE: The lot is not marshalled, so do not leave anything of value in your vehicle. Additionally, please do not park in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot as you will get towed and the impound is an hour away.
