Substitution, Cancellation & Changes
SUBSTITUTIONS
Registrations may be transferred to another employee within your company. Substitution requests must be made in writing by filling out our form below to transfer a current attendee registration to another person. The replacement person will receive an email confirmation that will include necessary conference details.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for the in-person conference in Dallas received by August 14, 2026 are eligible for a full refund on registration (less a $75 cancellation fee). Cancellations must be made in writing by this date. No refunds will be permitted after this date.
Important note: The full conference registration includes access to educational sessions, networking sessions, receptions and many meals. It does not include hotel, travel or related expenses - which are the responsibility of each attendee. WIT is not responsible for personal travel-related issues, including flight delays or cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for travel disruptions. Attendees are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.

When will the registration rate increase?
On June 14, prices will increase $215 to the Regular Rate. On October 4, prices will increase $125 to the Last-Minute Rate.
When and where does registration take place during the conference?
All attendees must formally check in at the Accelerate! Conference & Expo Registration Desk, which is located at the West Wing Entrance (near the Peacock Terrace). The Registration Desk is easily visible and located at the foot of the escalators. Hours are Sunday (12:00p – 6:00p), Monday (7:00a – 5:00p), Tuesday (7:30a – 5p), and Wednesday (7:30a – 10a).
