Lesley Kerr is the Vice President, Human Resources at Ryder System Inc. She supports the Supply Chain Solutions, Dedicated Transportation Solutions and Fleet Management Solutions divisions at Ryder as a business partner. Kerr has worked at Ryder for 25 years gaining progressive experience within human resources working most of her career directly supporting the leaders of the business with HR and talent solutions.
As an employer of a large population of front line hourly employees, drivers, technicians and warehouse employees, a key focus area for Kerr and her team has been how to engage employees in a dialogue, so they can continue to improve their employee experience and retain talented employees. She led a team focused on developing and implementing strategies that drove business results, created a positive work environment and experience for all employees and increased levels of employee engagement.
Kerr is on the Women In Trucking Board of Directors. Additionally, she participates in the GM Supplier Diversity and Inclusion board meetings working with other organizations focused on diversity and inclusion.

Josh Holland started with Bridgestone nearly 20 years ago. Currently, Holland is the Vice President of Dealer Development and Solutions Deployment within the Commercial division of Bridgestone. In this role, Holland oversees a team that strategically supports and partners with the Bridgestone Commercial Dealer Network (BCDN) in areas such as business development, operational support, training and both tire and digital technology. Along with supporting the BCDN development, Holland and his team support fleet and OE partnerships as they relate to technology and the service network.
In addition to this role, Holland serves on Bridgestone’s Global Retail Excellence Committee supporting global strategic initiatives and as a male ally and mentor within the Bridgestone Women’s Initiative Network (BWIN). Holland has supported the BWIN group for nearly 6 years as a co-lead in mentorship groups, leader of networking support, and continuous improvement leadership.
Lastly, Holland serves as an Executive sponsor of WIT and Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT). His support of TAT includes Holland holding a seat on the Board of Directors. Supporting both organizations is important for Holland, who has a strong passion to drive equality and proper representation while also serving the communities in which we all live.
Holland holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Western Governor’s University where he finished his degree later in his career following attending the University of Texas at Austin for multiple years after high school. Holland shares this detail with the hope it encourages others to continue their development and growth.

As Vice President of Transportation at UPS, Michael leads teams that manage the long-haul middle mile transportation networks in the U.S. Her teams include the U.S. Carrier Management Group in charge of contract carriers and UPS Brown sleeper teams, Carrier Direct and DirectShip operations at UPS customer locations, Sleeper Team Fleet Management, and Railroad relationships. She is responsible for daily decisions to minimize costs, improve service reliability and on time performance, and optimize network capacity while managing labor flexibilities in a dynamically changing business environment. Her teams implement and optimize complex customer solutions, while managing dynamic real time contingency plans to deliver best in class industry service for small package products in North America.
Michael is driven by a passion for people, possibility, and continuous learning. She believes that empowered capable people working collaboratively can achieve “new possibilities” through transformational process improvements while exceeding customer expectations. She believes in the power of advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, and the application of generative AI technologies to provide insights, to enable better outcomes, and to make quicker adjustments. Bonnie focuses on making people more effective and mentoring next generation leaders to be prepared to take on additional responsibilities when opportunities arise. She actively champions diversity and inclusion through Women’s Leadership activities, executive sponsorships, mentoring, and engagement with business resource groups.
She started out as a part-time package handler in Louisville while attending the University of Louisville and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and an entrepreneurial MBA. She rose through the ranks at UPS through numerous rotations in air and ground operations, engineering, and planning roles.

Kelsey Hartman is the Vice President of Fleet and Transportation for Frito Lay US, a division of PepsiCo Foods North America. In this role, Hartman leads one of the largest private fleets in the US comprised of more than 3,700 transportation and fleet professionals including 2,200+ drivers, 500+ mechanics, and 400+ leaders across transportation terminals and maintenance shops. She leads the PepsiCo fleet sustainability agenda and is responsible for the safety, financial, and service performance of her organization while driving employee engagement and growth through team culture. During her twenty-years at PepsiCo, she has held many roles within the supply chain, with her last ten years focused on driving excellence in the Frito-Lay Private Fleet. Hartman holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University.
