And the WITney goes to...
Vontyna Durham, president & CEO, Xcelente Trucking & Logistics Training Center, was named our 2024 Member MVP for referring the most new members from March 1 - October 1. "The MVP award is not just a personal accolade, but a beacon of hope and inspiration for many others," she said. "To the younger/all generations of women truckers who need a push off the fence, a team of cheerleaders, or if you need to find your own path in this diverse and dynamic field, join the Women In Trucking sisterhood. We are a very diverse group of women from all walks of life, and ages. We are family."
Vontnya, we thank you for your influence in fueling a brighter future for women in the industry and the association as a whole!

It's inspiring to see a leading industry company committed to building a more diverse & inclusive future for trucking and empowering its female employees with the knowledge, network, and resources to succeed in the workplace. Honorable mention to International Motors for bringing 82 attendees and PACCAR for bringing 70.

Approximately 50 Accelerate! Conference participants toured Peterbilt’s world-class manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. Earlier this year, Peterbilt celebrated the production of the 750,000th truck assembled at this manufacturing facility. It requires less than a single shift from the time the chassis starts to be built until the final product rolls out the door.
