Bressler has been on the PACCAR Parts creative team for more than five years and has more than 20 years of experience in design, creative marketing and brand management. Her key goals are to elevate and advocate for the brands that fall under the PACCAR umbrella and to develop a talented team of creative individuals who bring something new and unique to the organization. She is a member of the PACCAR Women’s Association Governance Council helping to market the tools and resources that empower women to develop their career.
Bressler has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. When she isn’t busy brainstorming amazing things at work you can find her poolside cheering on her daughter on the high school swim team, playing with her dogs or crafting something fun at home with her husband.

Nicole Neumann is an HR executive with over 25 years of experience leading teams across various HR functions at publicly-traded corporations. Currently, she is the VP, HR – East Division for XPO, Inc. leading a team of 65 field HR professionals who support over 11,000 US and Canadian employees who work in XPO’s service centers, fleet maintenance shops, trailer manufacturing plant, and over-the-road operation.
Nicole has been a voice for developing and empowering female talent across the supply chain and trucking industries. She has hired strong females across her HR organization at all levels, encouraged Operations leaders to consider diverse candidates for critical open roles, and mentored numerous women along the way. She was XPO’s executive sponsor for its Field Management Trainee (FMT) program, designed to help diverse individual contributors develop skills essential for transitioning into operations management roles. She has also served as a mentor in XPO’s RISE program, aimed at elevating women leaders and equipping them with the skills needed for career advancement.
Outside the corporate realm, Nicole volunteers with civic organizations, particularly those focused on supporting women. She is a member of the Charlotte Women’s Impact Fund, an organization dedicated to promoting women’s leadership in philanthropy, and has presented at the Pink Mentor Network, an organization that provides mentorship and role models for early career women.
Nicole grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where she earned a BSBA in Management from John Carroll University as well as an MBA and law degree from Cleveland State University. She enjoys watching Ohio State football, international travel, and visiting new restaurants.

Sue Maier is currently VP, Sales Systems & Analytics for Penske Transportation Solutions. She began her career in 1984 with AT&T as a programmer, project manager, and finally a District Manager responsible for leading process re-engineering projects. In 1997, Maier joined Penske and moved through various roles in marketing and sales support for Penske Logistics and Penske Truck Leasing. Since 2011, she has led the implementation and management of Salesforce.com for Penske.
In her current role, Maier’s team works with IT to configure the various systems and reports needed to support the leasing and logistics sales teams. Her team also provides day-to-day deal management and customer support to the national sales team. Maier and her leadership team of bright, motivated women are always looking forward!

Alexia Bednarz joined Nikola Corporation in September of 2022 and currently serves as the Head of Sustainability. She leads Nikola’s sustainability efforts and engagement, focusing on the manufacturing footprint, creating circular economy systems and supply chain impact. She also oversees the company’s ESG reporting.
Bednarz has more than 11 years of sustainability experience, previously managing the sustainability department at U-Haul International, focusing on energy management, renewables, and fleet electrification.
In 2018, Bednarz received the Outstanding Alumna Award from Arizona State University and the Sustainability Champion Award of Distinction from Arizona Forward. She currently sits on AZ Forward’s Central Regional Council, strategizing regional sustainability improvements. Bednarz is passionate about clean energy and transportation.
