Adrienne Gildea joined CVSA in 2011 as director of policy and government affairs. For four years, Gildea represented the Alliance on Capitol Hill, assisting with policy and messaging, and working on behalf of the membership to advance commercial motor vehicle safety. In 2016, Gildea was promoted to deputy executive director. Gildea has more than 18 years in the transportation policy field. Prior to joining CVSA, Gildea was a senior associate at a public affairs firm, where she managed a national freight advocacy coalition. Gildea is a graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and English, and a minor in philosophy.
