MEET THE SPEAKER
Brittany Keith
Manager, Service Programs, Semi Tesla, Inc.
Coming from a family with three generations working in the trucking industry, Brittany Keith is currently the Manager of Service Programs for the Tesla Semi, leading training, service customer experience, quality and service programs. She has has also held roles at Tesla in Digital Product Management, Program Management in light duty sales, service, and delivery. Prior to that she worked for Mack and Volvo Trucks, Volkswagen, and Mazda North American Operations focused on Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Crisis Communications, Aftermarket Parts and Service, and Digital Experience.
Brittany grew up in a small rural town in Western Maryland, where she was named to the Washington County Sports Hall of Fame. Known for her perseverance and grit, she has completed 18 marathons and seven 50 mile ultra marathons. She is a military veteran and graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and obtained her MBA from Duke University. She and her husband reside in Nevada with their one year old daughter.
