Andrea Adeyanju has more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial freight transportation industry. Most recently, Adeyanju was safety director for FMCSA compliance and human resources manager for Bulkley Trucking; vice president of administration for Sudbury Transportation; and safety administrator for ACI Motor Freight. Adeyanju holds a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational safety and health from Columbia Southern University and holds safety certifications from the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) and OSHA’s Safety Training Institute.

Peggy Arnold has been a company driver at Yellow Corporation for nearly 30 years. She received Yellow's Million Mile Safe Driving Award with nearly 1.9 million accident-free miles. Arnold is proud to serve on Yellow’s leadership team, the Women's Inclusion Network Employee Resource Group and is also part of the safety team.
Peggy was WIT's 2022 Driver of the Year. Additionally, she was named as a 2022 Top Women to Watch in Transportation by WIT, American Trucking Associations America's Road Team Captains Finalist 2022, Yellow's Road to Excellence Award 2021, and Certified Safety Trainer 2021

Ingrid Brown, independent owner-operator of Rolling B LLC, has been a professional driver for more than 40 years and has more than 4 million accident-free miles. She was named to the WIT Image Team in 2015. As a mentor and educator, she was chosen as a FMCSA Voice of Safety for the Our Roads, Our Safety campaign and can be seen on billboards, television and in media as a safety advocate. Brown also participated in the FMCSA 2020 Trucking Safety Summit, a public meeting with the goal of improving safe operations of commercial motor vehicles. She was selected as NASTC America’s Road Team in 2015 and ultimately named the NASTC Woman Driver of the Year in 2015. In 2018, she was a TA/Petro Citizen Driver Honoree. The Oklahoma City Petro was renamed Ingrid R. Brown in June 2018. Most recently, she was named to the St. Christopher’s Fund driver council. She continues to be an advocate for driver awareness and safety through her involvement within the industry and can be seen in numerous magazines, TV news specials, and speaking panels.

KayLeigh is a driver and training engineer at Schneider. Previously, she worked as a pastry chef, earning her Class A CDL in 2017 and driving a mixer truck for a construction company before joining Schneider in 2020. She discovered a passion for truck driving and feels empowered in her role as a woman driver and trainer. In addition to her roles and responsibilities at Schneider and as WIT’s Driver Ambassador, KayLeigh is a wife and mother of four.
