Voie founded the Women In Trucking Association in March of 2007, with a mission to promote the employment of women in the trucking industry, to remove obstacles that might keep them from succeeding, and to celebrate the successes of its members.
Since 2017, Voie has been hosting the Women In Trucking Show on SiriusXM’s Road Dog Trucking Channel 146 each Saturday from 10:00 am to noon central.

After obtaining her accounting degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, as a CPA she started her career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche guiding and analyzing business results. She later transitioned into corporate finance performing controller and treasury activities and leading teams at a multi-billion dollar growth company. Today, it is Dégallier’s heart for people that combines another passion - adding value through positive leadership and influence. It is her goal to share resources that enhance her financial expertise while also including a focus on Elleven Logistics’ most valuable assets, which are people, - employees, customers, and carriers.

Prior to launching her training company, Armato spent 20 years working in the advertising and marketing industries.
Armato serves the Director of Leadership TriCounty for the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce, and serves her local community through board leadership in several non-profit organizations across the capacity building, marketing, health and human services, education, and community charitable sectors.
