Tabitha Miller, VP of Business Development at Triumph Business Capital, has had a love for transportation since she was child listening to her grandfather talk to truckers on his CB radio. She was excited by the idea of getting to see the country, so it was kismet that she transitioned into this industry in 2008. She cut her teeth at JJ Keller as a Senior Account Representative. While there, she climbed the ranks and, after 11+ years, she made the move to Triumph Business Capital, joining several professional organizations along the way; such as SF Net Philadelphia, Traffic Club of New York, and Women in Trucking. She sites that her personal mission is to be the best resource she can be to the transportation industry.

Joyce Sauer Brenny began her career in the trucking industry in 1981 driving a semi-truck, eventually working her way into customer service, sales, and management. In 1996, Joyce founded Brenny Transportation, a Women Business Enterprise, located in Joyce’s hometown of St. Joseph, MN.
Joyce has held numerous leadership positions in the transportation industry and her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior, and Behavior Psychology.
Joyce has made it her personal mission to provide a safe and engaged work environment in the transportation industry for women as well as speak for the rights and respect of professional truck drivers.

In 2015, Jennifer and her husband Kyle started their first trucking company which provided linehaul services primarily with team drivers. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple pivoted their business to focus on solo drivers with Southeastern regional routes.
Additionally, the couple started a podcast called Married in Business for entrepreneurs and people interested in starting a business. The show explores running a business and a family and balancing those relationships.
Jen is an Atlanta native and graduated with honors from The University of Mississippi with degrees in the Liberal Arts. After college, Jennifer worked in commercial real estate, sales, customer service, and business operations. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and traveling.
The Women In Trucking Association has awarded UFL Services Inc. as a Top Woman-Owned Business in Transportation in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Melissa Stochl has been involved in the trucking/transportation business since 2015. Her main role as Senior Director of Van Operations is overseeing the Van Division consisting of 150+ trucks and 600+ trailers. Stochl has been instrumental in securing and onboarding new customers and works directly with the leadership team on determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies.
She has built and maintained a positive work environment and recognizes and values team members and drivers for their contributions. She emulates Tucker’s core values of safety, service, positive attitude, and respect. She is proud to represent Tucker Freight Lines and share how they won Best Place to Work in Dubuque, IA and one of the Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation at for two years in a row!
