Trey began his career as a high school physics teacher & coach, also spending much of his time working with students as a youth pastor.
In 2010, Trey transitioned to a career in sales and marketing, cutting his teeth in door-to-door office supply sales for 15 months before accepting an opportunity with a tech company in transportation & logistics. In his first year, Trey earned Sales Rep of the Year and was quickly promoted to Enterprise Sales where he led the team in revenue-generation each of the following three years.
In subsequent roles, Trey not only exceeded his sales targets, but he also became the face and the voice of the companies he represented, building a personal brand on social media to create familiarity and trust among prospects, clients and partners.
Trey enjoys coaching executives and their teams to be excellent, as well as speaking on leadership & organizational structure. He also spends time as a branding consultant working with CMOs, CROs, CSOs, CEOs and other sales & marketing leaders within organizations.
Trey also loves podcasting, focusing on moderating panels and interviewing guests. He hosts three weekly podcasts, including The Word on the Street, Iron Minds with Hayden Allred & The Full Send Podcast with PGA Tour Player Jared Wolfe, as well as a daily video podcast, Standing Out.
When he’s not helping companies build their brands, you can find Trey spending time with his wife of 17 years, Tammy, and their two beautiful daughters, Hannah (14) & Naomi (12), traveling together by plane, train or RV, renovating their home, playing golf, working out, reading, and writing & playing music.

With more than 30 years in the transportation industry, Donna is responsible for promoting and enhancing the company’s safety culture and risk management initiatives within the Intermodal Business Unit. She is a strategic partner to the business, with responsibilities in enterprise-wide collision and injury reduction strategies.
Previously, Donna led the J. B. Hunt Safety Technology Team, with the responsibility of vetting, testing, and the implementation of new safety technologies. She has served as a J.B. Hunt representative at CVSA Enforcement and Industry Modernization Committee, is a NATMI Certified Director of Safety, Certified Smith System Instructor, and has held her Class A CDL for more than 20 years.
Donna is also involved in several internal organizations. She has served as a mentor for J.B. Hunt’s Growing and Retaining Outstanding Women Employee Resource Group and Veteran’s Employee Resource Group, serves on the Board for Veteran’s Employee Resource Group, has served on the Truck Driving Championship Committee, and currently serves on the Transportation Technology Committee. She has been recognized as a repeat organization change management contributor.
Outside of work, Donna is a community volunteer and enjoys the outdoors with her family.
Donna resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with her husband, Jason, and her son, Alex.

Jill Snyder, nationally Certified Director of Safety, began her career in trucking in 1985. First as a dispatcher, but soon went into safety and, in 2000, she earned her CDS from the North American Transportation Management Institute. She is the second person in the state of Washington to earn those credentials—and the first woman. She is also the first woman on the Washington Trucking Association’s Safety Council Board of Directors, joining in 1995, and the first woman chairperson. In 2013, the Washington Trucking Association recognized her as Safety Professional of the Year. Her proudest moment was working with the Washington State Patrol to rescue 17 women and apprehend six traffickers in a Truckers Against Trafficking sting.

Stephanie Chesney is an experienced litigator with significant experience defending a wide variety of civil cases from pre-suit through trial. Her experience includes representing clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation matters, including employment matters, general liability, transportation, products liability, construction, and premises liability. Specific to transportation, Stephanie has handled claims ranging from cargo spills to catastrophic incidents. She has extensive courtroom experience defending claims in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Maine. Stephanie has additional experience providing risk transfer and tender advice to clients, as well as advising regarding risk mitigation strategies intended to limit litigation and maximize business profits.
