Bob Perry is the son and brother of career drivers from Northeast Ohio who has been in the industry for the last 40 years. He has personally devoted his entire career to the health, fitness, and healthcare industry.
Professional drivers all over the country recognize Bob Perry as the Trucker Trainer. He brings a unique perspective to the transportation industry by introducing different ways of keeping a healthy and fit lifestyle for professional drivers.
Bob has served as the vice-chairman of the ATA Safety Management Council’s health and wellness working group from 2007 to 2009. After that, he was elected as the chair of the same working group from 2009 to 2013.
Up to this day, Bob remains active on the ATA’s health and wellness working group council. He also is also a member of ABA Safety Council. Bob was also the Founder of Rolling Strong before Velociti acquired it in 2017.

Dr. Heidi Orstad is a clinical nurse consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA)’s Planning and Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team. Working in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and National Director of Clinical Management, she develops and executes on strategies to help employers control health care costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through analytic-based state of the art innovations and reporting. Dr. Orstad also serves as the lead clinical market resource for client engagements and assists in managing clinical relationships with payors, providers, and employers.
Dr. Orstad obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certificate in Healthcare Design from the University of MN School of Nursing and has more than 20 years of experience as a nurse executive in health plan operations and hospital settings. She joined MMA in 2018 bringing strong credentials and experiences to the team. In her previous roles, Dr. Orstad implemented a dedicated concierge health plan for a Fortune 500 client, spearheaded the development and execution of a rare and chronic CM solution for a clinically integrated network, and established an Infertility Program Design for a national client which was also reproduced for two other clients.
In addition to her role as clinical nurse consultant, Dr. Orstad serves as a member of the Vendor Innovation Council and leads the Social Determinants of Health subgroup. Outside of MMA, she shares her expertise with others by writing and speaking for local and national audiences and holds leadership positions on multiple boards and committees including: President of the American Nurses Association of MN; and was selected to serve as a member of the ANA Innovation Committee on Policy and Health Equity.

Ted Holden has over 32 years of sales and account management experience in all market segments in the health insurance industry and has held many leadership positions managing teams as large as 75 people.
He joined Catapult Health as Chief Growth Officer May 2022, in this role Holden leads all aspects of business development including new sales, client retention strategies and marketing. His team manages over 450 clients with members in every state with clients as large as 500,000 members. Prior to joining Catapult, Holden was the VP National Accounts & Commercial Markets with Wondr Health for 5 years. Holden leads business development sales strategies, health plan/TPA strategic growth and engagement, strategic partnerships strategies.
Holden spent 22 years of his career in several sales and account management leadership roles with BCBS of Texas. As the Vice President of Sales and Client Management he led sales and account management team of 75 in selling employee benefits to employers in all market segments, servicing 500+ customers.
Holden received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Vermont. He has several industry certifications and licenses and has sat on various industry Boards and Councils.
