Lady Michelle A. Williams, known as Lady M, was born and raised in Chesterfield, VA. She is a passionate presenter, teacher, counselor, and consultant with a heart for leadership and encouragement. Williams holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling, and is pursuing a dual Master’s/Doctorate in Counseling and Psychology, along with her PCT and teaching license. A woman of faith and discernment, she currently serves in a leadership role within Human Resources. Williams is a proud member of multiple organizations, including the Order of the Eastern Star (PHA), the Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance, Global United Fellowship, SHRM, and MGMA. She is Crucial Conversations Certified and an Executive & Professional Women Biographical Candidate. She also founded the EmpowerHER Book Club and owns her own business. Williams is devoted to empowering women to lead fulfilling lives and is deeply committed to her faith and purpose.
