Jonathan R. Todd
Vice Chair of the Transportation & Logistics Practice Group
Benesch Law
Jonathan’ Todds nationally recognized transportation and logistics practice targets the risks and opportunities that businesses encounter when goods move through domestic and international supply chains. All providers and users of supply chain services face challenges in transportation and logistics, warehousing and distribution, customs and trade, procurement and business operations, as well as the disputes that follow. Todd represents the manufacturers, distributors, retailers, carriers, brokers, and forwarders that contribute at every step of the end-to-end supply chain in those matters. His writings are widely published in industry trade journals and he is often asked to present as a subject matter expert. His professional contributions have proven valuable to the business of government and trade associations as well as to clients. For example, the U.S. Transportation Secretary appointed him to a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) advisory committee, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Administrator appointed him to the Surface Transportation Security Advisory Committee, the U.S. Commerce Secretary has appointed him to a District Export Council, and the Ohio Governor appointed him to the Executive Order of the Ohio Commodores.
