Thomas Jensen currently serves as a Government Relations Advisor to the Women in Trucking Association (WIT) leadership team. Jensen, a veteran multimodal transportation and trucking lobbyist who has been a fixture in commercial vehicle policy issues for decades, was previously the leading transportation advocacy executive for UPS, spent a short stint at a transportation technology start-up, and now works for the nation's foremost construction and building materials manufacturing company. Jensen advises WIT on general trucking industry affairs, while WIT advocacy efforts are primarily focused on workforce development, driver safety, employee security and commercial vehicle parking.

Tom Moore has more than 40 years of transportation-related experience in a variety of public relations, journalism, and lobbying capacities. Moore began his career with the American Trucking Associations in 1978. In 1984, he joined the Private Carrier Conference and two years later was promoted to Executive Director. In 1989, he joined Fleet Owner Magazine as Washington Editor, where he worked before taking a job as the Director of Public Affairs for the Georgia Ports Authority. He rejoined Fleet Owner in 1995 as Editor and served in a similar capacity with Randall Publishing until June 2001 when he started his own strategic marketing communications company. He joined NPTC in his current role in January 2007. He is responsible for the Council’s education, certification, research, and event programs including serving as the principal architect of the group's benchmarking survey report since 2005.

Anne Reinke is the President of the Intermodal Association of North America. She joined IANA following four years as President & CEO of the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), the leading advocate for 3PLs. Prior to her tenure at TIA, Reinke spent two years as Deputy Assistant Secretary with the U.S. Department of Transportation and 16 years with CSX Corporation.

Norita Taylor, APR, has been with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association for nearly 18 years as a public relations practitioner. She is the president of the board of directors for the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund. She holds an Accreditation designation (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America, is a board member of the Greater Kansas City PRSA Chapter and a Bill Delay Distinguished Service Awardee. She is also involved in performing arts as a musician as well as a volunteer and board member for community theatre, both on and off stage.
