Domenica Farmer
Area Vice President
WM
Domenica Farmer has 30+ years of experience, entrepreneurship, and driving execution in the comprehensive waste and environmental services industry. As area vice president of WM, Farmer is responsible for all profit and loss aspects of the company’s operations in Texas and Oklahoma to include collections, disposal, recycling, and landfill. Farmer is skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Sustainable Business and Environmental Awareness. She has a strong passion relative to mentoring others, ensuring inclusivity, and empowering people to be their best self.
She began her career with WM in April 1992 in sales and transitioned into the organization’s operations through holding a variety of senior level positions.
Farmer is fluent in Italian and speaks conversational Spanish. She received her MBA and bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of West Florida. Farmer has served as the chairman of the board for the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as a board member of Columbia Southern University. Farmer is a member of the board of directors for the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association and continues to educate groups on benefits of recycling and creating sustainable solutions.

As Bennett's Culture Ambassador, Katlyn Foulks champions a values-driven workplace, treating colleagues like family, as envisioned by it's founder and her grandmother, Marcia Taylor. Appointed in 2019, Foulks upholds Bennett's 50-year legacy of culture and core values, ensuring their preservation amid growth and generational transitions. Foulks co-chairs, co-hosts, and co-emcees the company's annual Symposium, a cornerstone of its cultural and business objectives. In 2021, Foulks launched Bennett University, offering upskill training and the Marcia Taylor School of Leadership. As a founding member and former chair of the Young Leaders group, and Advisor to the Board of Directors, Foulks drives innovation and provides strategic guidance. As Director of the Taylor Family Foundation, Foulks oversees impactful charitable initiatives.

Kelley Martin

With 16 years of dedicated experience at Daimler Truck North America, Kelley Martin has expertly navigated the transportation industry’s evolution from its roots to its exciting future. Currently serving as Director in Aftermarket, Martin's career has spanned diverse roles in sales, marketing, and operations, where she has consistently driven innovation and charted new paths forward. Her partnerships with suppliers and dealers underscore her commitment to providing customized solutions that meet customers' needs with excellence.
Martin was recognized as 2024 Top Women to Watch in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association for her significant career accomplishments and being a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. As an Executive Advisor for the WIN (Women’s Interactive Network) at Daimler Truck North America and a member of the STEM Advisory Board for local schools, she empowers the next generation while championing a more inclusive future in transportation. Her active role in Women in Trucking further highlights her dedication to uplifting women in the industry.
A devoted wife and mother, Martin is deeply committed to helping others find balance, mentoring countless women—especially working mothers—in achieving work-life harmony. Through her leadership and mentorship, Martin inspires her colleagues at Daimler Truck North America and paves the way for a more inclusive, balanced future in transportation, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Carolyn Roach
Chief Human Resources Officer

Carolyn Roach brings more than 20 years of senior experience to her leadership of XPO’s human resources organization, including executive roles with prominent companies in the industrial and financial services sectors. Prior to XPO, Roach led global talent management and diversity and inclusion at JELD-WEN, Inc. and held earlier human resources leadership positions with Corning and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She began her career with Arthur Andersen. Roach holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in strategic human resources and organizational design from Cornell University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School executive education program.
