Throughout her career, Lisa Cook has demonstrated a strong ability to develop synergies through sales alignment and marketing value drivers, which has been crucial in achieving organizational objectives. She joined the Thermo King sales team in late 2023 as a District Sales Manager and has recently taken lead for Trane Technologies newest Employee Resource Group (ERG) partnership with Women in Trucking. Cook is an influential community leader, deeply committed to showcasing her passion for charitable causes, local volunteerism, and global sustainability.
Cook's dedication to her professional and personal endeavors highlights her commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire and lead others. Her exceptional performance has earned her numerous accolades, including an Ingersoll Rand’s two-time President’s Club Recipient, a graduate of Women’s Leadership Development Program (IR), and both Volunteer and Citizen of the Year awards (Fort Mill SC).
Cook holds a Bachelor in Science in Marketing from Appalachian State University. She and her husband, Brian, live in Fort Mill SC, and are moving closer to “independent adulting” with their blended family of 6 children.
Katie Krueger-McCuen

Katie Krueger-McCuen is a distinguished mechanical engineer with experience in both academia and industry. She has more than a decade’s experience in product development and advanced technology innovation in refrigerated transportation and automotive industries. She holds a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
Krueger-McCuen is currently Associate Chief Engineer for Thermo King—Americas at Trane Technologies, where she drives Engineering Excellence for projects ranging from new technology innovations to product & component design and development. Before that, she piloted advancements in Systems Engineering in the company. She is passionate about driving efficiencies in product development processes and building consensus among divergent groups by finding commonality to advance objectives.
