Andrukaitis' skillset spans procurement, supply chain, operations, licensing, marketing, and research, serving as a leader in innovation and cross-functional collaboration. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry-Business, a certificate in Supply Chain Management, and is a recipient of the ExxonMobil President’s Award for excellence in project execution.
Brandon Barfield
National Account Sales Executive for On-Highway Fleets ExxonMobil
With over 10 years at ExxonMobil, Brandon Barfield helps on-highway fleets run farther, longer, and more efficiently. As a National Account Manager, he partners with some of the largest fleets in North America to reduce downtime, lower costs, and support their fleet goals. Previously, Barfield served as a Sales Territory Manager in New Orleans and Atlanta, supporting PVL national accounts and partnering with quick lube and tire shop operators. He also helped establish ExxonMobil's Lubricants Inside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada. Based in Houston, Barfield brings the same passion outside of work — as a mat Pilates instructor and plant enthusiast dedicated to growth, movement, and balance.

Christina Gulacsy brings over 12 years of expertise in the additives and lubricants industry. She began her career as a component chemist before joining ExxonMobil, where she has played a key role in formulating Mobil Delvac and marine products, including next-generation solutions for modern fleets. Gulacsy’s work encompasses field-testing, performance monitoring, and product reliability. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Bath and is passionate about engaging directly with those who use the products she helps create, often participating in truck stop visits and engine teardowns to see her work making a difference for real customers.
