Jerri Baez

Jerri Baez launched her professional truck driving career in 2019, inspired by friends in the industry and a drive to challenge traditional expectations. She has experience in local, regional, and over-the-road operations, operating equipment ranging from dry vans and Conestogas to refrigerated units. Her career includes roles with Schneider, Cheeseman Transport, and R&L Carriers, and she currently serves as Fleet Safety Manager at Colony Hardware. In this role, she focuses on driver coaching, telematics, compliance, and behavior-based safety programs, empowering drivers to grow in their roles.
With earlier experience in Emergency Management, Baez brings strong communication and leadership skills to every position. She is passionate about mentoring, supporting women in transportation, and advocating for inclusive PPE. Based in Easley, South Carolina, she continues to give back through mentoring and industry involvement. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, kayaking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Stormie Janzen has been with Total Transportation of MS since 2019. She is responsible for leading the teams responsible for recruiting and developing a safety-focused fleet. Prior to joining TOTAL, she spent two and a half decades working in and around Washington DC for the American Trucking Associations and the United States Senate. Her experience with various people and organizations gave her a keen ability to look for the right talent to join TOTAL and aptly instruct them.
Janzen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and English from the University of South Alabama.
