Beth Potratz, Co-Founder and CEO for Drive My Way, has over 20 years of experience. Potratz is an innovative, forward-thinking HR professional who is disrupting truck driver recruiting by treating the driver as a consumer in the employment relationship and making recruiting personal again. Potratz is passionate about helping people find a meaningful career that fits their lifestyle.
Prior to Drive My Way, Potratz built a successful HR consulting practice serving organizations in a variety of industries and held senior positions at Unilever, Rockwell Automation and Helene Curtis.
Potratz earned a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Loyola University of Chicago. Potratz resides in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys spending time with family.

Jackie Dusseau, CLFP, is Vice President of Data Analytics and Corporate Development at Fleet Advantage, where she leverages her expertise in data analytics and ELD integration to deliver custom reporting and insights that help organizations evaluate costs, guide procurement strategies, and modernize their fleets. She leads cross-departmental initiatives that strengthen analytics capabilities and shape corporate growth strategies, while also supporting multimillion-dollar finance and procurement deals with data-driven decision-making.
A recognized leader and frequent speaker at trucking and equipment finance industry events, Dusseau has been honored with several prestigious awards, including Monitor Magazine’s NextGen Leader, Women In Trucking’s Top Women to Watch in Transportation, and the Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive. She also played a pivotal role in developing Fleet Advantage’s OffLease Reimagined software tool, which was recently recognized with the 2025 Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA) Excellence in Innovation Award.
In addition to her work at Fleet Advantage, Dusseau contributes to the broader industry through her involvement on the ELFA’s Emerging Talent Advisory Council, where she helps mentor rising professionals and support the next generation of leaders.
