Nicole Wiggins

Chief Diversity Officer | International

Nicole Wiggins is Chief Diversity Officer at International, where she leads workforce and supplier diversity strategies and fosters an inclusive environment rooted in equity and belonging. She oversees the company’s diverse supplier relationship management program, ensuring diverse suppliers are considered in sourcing and reporting efforts.

Previously, Wiggins served as associate director of Diversity and Inclusion and as director of Supplier Diversity, with earlier roles in Procurement. She has received numerous honors, including Diversity Global Magazine’s 2024 Top 15 Champions of Diversity, Diversity Plus magazine’s Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity, and Women In Trucking’s Top Women to Watch in 2021.

She was also named the 2020 Nettie Fowler McCormick Champion of Change and recognized by Diversity MBA magazine as a Top 100 Executive and Emerging Leader.

Wiggins holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
