Thinking Beyond the Box: Operating in Excellence
OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP HR/TALENT MANAGEMENt
About This Session
This session challenges the perceived tension between creativity and structure. While innovation is often associated with loosening standards and excellence with rigid processes, true excellence requires creative thinking, and sustainable innovation requires a commitment to excellence. As organizations face increasing pressure to adapt, innovate and remain relevant, leaders will explore how to think strategically, generate fresh ideas and challenge outdated practices while maintaining quality, accountability and integrity. Participants will learn how to move ideas beyond inspiration to impactful implementation, ensuring innovation drives meaningful progress rather than inconsistency or stagnation.
Attend this session to:
- Redefine thinking outside the box through the lens of excellence
- Understand how creativity and high standards work together, not against each other
- Identify barriers that limit innovation, including fear, comfort, and tradition
- Learn practical strategies to execute creative ideas with consistency and quality
- Develop an action plan to innovate responsibly within their role or organization
