Redefining the Road magazine’s goal, in part, is to recognize and spotlight companies and individuals who are making a difference in the industry through gender diversity – which supports WIT’s overall mission. During this special recognition program, hosted by Redefining the Road magazine, you will:
Acknowledge dynamic companies that have been named the 2025 “Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation.” There are several key features that distinguish companies recognized on this list, including a corporate culture that fosters gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible hours and work requirements; professional development opportunities and career advancement opportunities. Companies are evaluated based upon these criteria and ultimately validated by an industry-wide vote – including executive management, operations and HR/talent management executives, and professional drivers. Executives from “The Elite 30” top companies that generate the highest number of industry-wide votes will receive their awards on the mainstage of the Trinity Ballroom, and the other winners will receive their awards and have their photos taken with WIT’s President & CEO, Jennifer Hedrick.
Meet the 2025 “Top Women to Watch in Transportation” – individuals who are making great strides in their careers while positively impacting their companies and helping to promote greater gender diversity as they lead by example. All of these incredible women will be acknowledged on the main stage screen as part of the program’s recognition.
