Since 2007, we've been focused on a clear mission: to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements.
WIT is the original community supporting women in the industry, from the driver’s seat to the C-Suite, offering programs and services to help companies succeed, employees thrive, and individuals make an impact.
Meet our January 2026 Member of the Month, Danny Siem. Siem focuses on creating systems that work, developing people, and using his position to contribute to a more inclusive and forward moving trucking industry.
Every mile matters—and so do the women behind the wheel. Sponsored by Walmart, the annual Driver of the Year award honors exceptional female professional drivers who lead with safety, integrity, and a deep commitment to their communities.
