2019 Top Woman-Owned Businesses

Congratulations to these 2019 "Top Woman-Owned Businesses in Transportation" by the Editorial Staff of WIT's Redefining the Road, the official magazine for the Women In Trucking Association. WIT encourages more women to proactively become leaders in their organizations - and in some cases, to start their own businesses.

Entrepreneurship is a viable means of economic self-sufficiency and many women are choosing an enterprise connected to transportation to be part of their career aspirations. Redefining the Road will feature in its edition 2 of 2019, a list of “Top Woman-Owned Businesses.” Criteria used to identify qualified applicants include status as majority ownership by a woman, financial stability and growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of the woman owner. Each company was nominated and chosen based upon business success and accomplishments - including those related to gender diversity.
