The Women In Trucking Association is a non-profit organization with the mission to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements.
Since 2007, we've been focused on a clear mission: to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements.
WIT is the original community supporting women in the industry, from the driver’s seat to the C-Suite, offering programs and services to help companies succeed, employees thrive, and individuals make an impact.
We believe women should have every opportunity to thrive in trucking—from behind the wheel to the executive office. WIT works to create pathways and offer resources for women to enter, grow, and lead in the industry.
Community is at the heart of progress. By fostering meaningful connections, WIT brings together drivers, professionals, students, and allies to share knowledge, offer mentorship, and strengthen networks that fuel both personal and industry-wide success.
Celebrating the accomplishments of women in trucking inspires others to aim higher. Through recognition programs, awards, and storytelling, WIT shines a light on leaders and role models who are shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for the industry.
